When I see things that are alike on different places I start saving them while I’m browsing. This behavior leads to strange side effects on my HD.
One of those is a folder full of these eastern girls with gadgets (on flickr). You see them everywhere on the web. I love them, they are totally future kitsch.
The smile, the clothes, the pose…Vogue.
I love it when they display a gadget this way… It makes a device look more high tech, and it’s so much warmer than our way of displaying gadgets.
Really, we would do it with white backgrounds, they hurt my eyes and are boring. If there is no white background there is a trendy guy with a slight beard or calendar girl… Why? These eastern girls represent serenity, honesty and loyalty and that is way better than a trend hopper or a babe!..
These eastern girls should be the standard, there should be a name for this style… what could it be?
