ABC had some buzz these last months on this blog, they announced to offer free TV-downloads in March but in April they decided to offer relative small sized streams…
Finally they launched this whole stunt. As I also mentioned before, this is USA residents only. That’s why this guy wrote an easy guide on how to watch these streams outside the USA.
“This is slightly complex but you should get used to the procedure. All you need is a http proxy that is hosted inside the USA and does not spill your IP address. To achieve this you need a application that checks proxy servers for those variables.”
I guess I’ll keep on using the other option…

hmmm actually installing another proxy is pretty easy. you install the firefox extention:switchproxy and find yourself a us based proxy (the one mentioned in the digg article is working) and there you go. nothing difficult at all.
cool, thx
I know some people who are going to be glad.
The proxi we used was quite slow. It was fixed when we switched back to our normal IP the moment the streaming started.
Is the proxi with the extention fast?
But I am behind a proxy at my office. I would like to watch Lost after work hours. Any idea on how to do it then?
If I choose a US based proxy, my net connection goes away as I need the proxy to connect to the net.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
